By accessing whoms.digital or enrolling in Whoms programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of revisions.

Whoms provides digital training programs, workshops, mentor sessions, and related educational materials. Services are informational and educational. We do not operate payment checkout on this website; enrollment and invoicing occur through separate communication channels.

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, respect cohort participants and mentors, and not redistribute course materials without written permission. You are responsible for maintaining credentials to third-party tools you connect during programs.

All curricula, templates, branding, and site content remain the property of Whoms or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal or internal team learning during your enrollment period. Portfolio use of your own work product is permitted with attribution to Whoms templates where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Whoms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation. Courts in Daegu, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may suspend access for conduct that disrupts cohorts, violates these terms, or misuses materials. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version with a revised last-updated date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated via email when practicable.
