Refund & Cancellation
1. Overview
This policy explains refund eligibility for paid Whoms programs. Prices displayed on whoms.digital are informational; enrollment confirmations include final totals and payment instructions.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts under Korean consumer protection rules, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment if the program has not started and materials have not been substantially accessed. Contact [email protected] with your enrollment ID.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when Whoms cancels a cohort, when you cancel within the cooling-off window, or when documented technical failures prevent access for more than forty-eight hours at program start.
4. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after the program start but before the midpoint, a partial refund may be issued minus an administrative fee and consumed mentor hours. Amounts are calculated per program-specific enrollment terms.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Completed mentor office hours, downloaded toolkit bundles marked non-refundable, and programs where more than half of live sessions have occurred are generally non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your name, program, payment date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
7. Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within ten business days of approval. Bank processing may add three to ten additional business days depending on your institution.
8. Cancellations by Whoms
If we reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or credit toward another program within twelve months.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable Korean consumer laws.
